JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with marketing support, graphic editing, video editing, and ad campaign management.

This is a long-term, part-time remote position for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with marketing tools.

Schedule
• 20 hours per week
• Must be available 4 continuous hours per day
• Hours must be between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time (US)

Pay
• $600 per month
• Paid biweekly
• Long-term role for the right candidate

Responsibilities

Graphic Editing
• Edit graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic tasks such as: Cropping images, Resizing graphics, Minor color corrections
• Create flyers from provided templates: Replace text and images, Resize for different ad sizes and platforms

Video Editing
• Create short-form videos and social media reels
• Combine clips into short recap videos
• Add transitions and background music
• Edit short videos for social media and website use

Digital Marketing Support
• Google Ads: Create and manage campaigns, Monitor performance, Make adjustments as needed, Create variations of ads (graphics, video, and text)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Create campaigns, Monitor and edit ads, Create multiple creative variations

Email Marketing
• Create emails from templates
• Schedule campaigns
• Experience with MailChimp is a plus

Requirements
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Experience with video editing software
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work during required hours

Preferred (But Not Required)
• Experience with MailChimp
• Previous work supporting marketing teams
• Experience creating social media ads
