We are changing the way sales works. Instead of mass outreach and spam, we act as an instant matchmaking service for our clients, providing them with a pre-built CRM and highly researched, hyper-personalised introductions every single day.

The Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our offshore team. To be completely transparent, this is a highly repetitive, execution-heavy role. You will be the crucial final step in our automated lead generation system. Your primary job will be navigating our internal software, doing quality checks, and clicking through processes to ensure our clients receive their daily leads.
While the physical work is essentially "pressing buttons", the impact is massive. We require absolute perfection in execution; our standard is 100% with no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Drip Feeds: Log into client accounts daily to execute the "drip feed" process, sending out 3 to 5 hyper-personalised introductions per client.
System Operation: Generate HTML emails within our platform, copy them into Gmail, and send them to the appropriate targets.
Quality Control (QC): Spend time per lead ensuring that the email content and the identified stakeholders perfectly match before hitting send.
Accountability: Log every sent email accurately (including company target and Gmail URL) to keep our daily forecasting and tracking 100% accurate.

Requirements
Incredible Attention to Detail: Sending the wrong information to the wrong stakeholder is not an option. You must be meticulous.
Highly "Switched On" & Quick Learner: You need to pick up our proprietary systems quickly and operate them flawlessly.
Process-Driven: You are perfectly comfortable doing repetitive, click-heavy tasks without losing focus or dropping your standards.
Proactive Communicator: If something is broken or a system is down, you flag it immediately rather than waiting to be asked.
