We are a Michigan-based car rental and auto repair company seeking a **highly reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant** to handle customer inquiries, rental coordination, and problem resolution. You’ll work directly with customers who want to rent vehicles or are experiencing issues with their current rental.
This is a **full-time role (50 hours/week)**. You must be available to work **5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays**, with the ability to work as late as **10 PM Eastern Time**.
### Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to inbound customer requests (calls, texts, and messages) regarding car rentals
* Troubleshoot rental issues (e.g., car won’t start, flat tire) and coordinate roadside assistance or towing
* Coordinate maintenance or repair needs with our auto repair team
* Schedule vehicles and update customer records
* Follow up with renters and maintain accurate communication logs
### Qualifications:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Experience in customer service, preferably with cars, rentals, or logistics
* High-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (e.g., CRM, text/call software, GPS tracking systems)
