JOB OVERVIEW

Royal Air Overseas is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping the company grow. No prior sales experience is required—just a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to offer our services.

Respond to inbound inquiries from customers and provide excellent service.

Follow up on leads and track client interactions in the system.

Achieve weekly sales or renewal goals as set by management.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activity.

Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Learn about our services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Qualifications

No prior sales experience required; training provided.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.

Comfortable using a phone, email, and basic computer applications.

High school diploma or equivalent.
