Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Business Development Representative to support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research prospective clients, partners, and referral sources
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone,
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior leadership or sales teams
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM systems
• Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners and industry stakeholders
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and growth strategy initiatives
• Support proposal preparation, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and business development campaigns
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and outreach performance targets
Qualifications:
• Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or account management
• Proven ability to generate leads and build professional relationships remotely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and self-direction
