Job Description

We are building a small network of reliable Dental CAD Designers who can receive digital dental design cases on a per-case basis

This role is for experienced dental technicians who are comfortable designing restorations using Exocad or 3Shape and are interested in receiving additional design work remotely.

You will receive case files (STL scans, prescriptions, implant libraries) and return completed design files ready for production.

Types of Cases
Typical cases may include:

• Zirconia crowns
• Implant crowns (Ti-base)
• Bridges
• Surgical guides
• Digital dentures
• Full arch implant restorations (advanced cases)

Responsibilities

• Design dental restorations from STL scan files
• Follow dentist prescriptions and instructions
• Deliver completed design files within agreed turnaround time
• Communicate if scan quality or case information is insufficient
• Maintain consistent quality and anatomy

Requirements

• Experience using Exocad or 3Shape Dental System
• Understanding of occlusion, margins, and contact points
• Experience with implant systems (Straumann, Nobel, etc.) preferred
• Ability to read STL scans and dental prescriptions
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to meet turnaround deadlines

Compensation

Payment is per case, depending on design complexity.

Typical ranges:

• Crown design
• Implant crown design
• Bridge design
• Full arch cases

Rates will be discussed after reviewing experience.

Work Arrangement

• Independent contractor
• Remote
• Flexible case volume depending on demand

Reliable designers may receive consistent weekly case work
