JOB OVERVIEW

You will work directly with the CEO of a US-based fintech startup building software for regulated financial firms. This is not a managed role - you report directly to the founder, you own your pipeline, and your results are visible.

This starts as a short-term paid project. If results are strong, it converts to a full-time position with a base salary and a meaningful equity stake from a large stock option pool.

We are looking for someone who runs outbound the way an engineer approaches systems: build it, automate it, test it, improve it — and use AI at every step.

WHO YOU ARE
You've built outbound campaigns from zero, not just managed someone else's. You know what a good sequence looks like, why it works, and how to fix it when it doesn't.

You use AI natively. Not as a novelty — as your primary tool for writing, research, workflow logic, and iteration. When you're given a new task, your first instinct is to figure out how to automate it and how Claude or another model can do the heavy lifting.

You are comfortable connecting APIs and building automations without engineering support. You think in workflows.

You write direct response copy that sounds like a human — even when it's personalized at scale.

You don't need to be told what to test next. You already have a list.

WHAT YOU OWN
Outbound infrastructure
Build and run multi-channel outbound sequences using HeyReach (LinkedIn) and Smartlead or Instantly (cold email). You own setup, deliverability, sequencing logic, and ongoing optimization.

Contact list building and management
Scrape, enrich, and segment prospect lists using BrightData API, Decodo, Sales Navigator etc.. You know how to build a targeted list from scratch and keep it clean.

Browser automation
Use Playwright + n8n to automate repetitive outbound research and data extraction tasks. You are comfortable writing or adapting automation scripts with AI assistance.

AI-assisted workflows
Use Claude and Claude Code to centralize campaign management, build internal reporting, automate copy iteration, and reduce manual work across the stack. If you've built n8n workflows where Claude is doing the thinking — that's exactly what we're looking for.

Direct response copywriting
Write sequences that get replies. You understand hook frameworks, subject line testing, personalization triggers, and follow-up logic. You use AI to generate, test, and iterate — but you know the difference between a message that converts and one that reads like it was written by a robot.

A/B testing and analysis
Run structured tests. Document what wins. Build from evidence, not gut feel.

Retargeting and re-engagement
Build follow-up workflows for opens-without-replies, stalled conversations, and cold leads worth reactivating.

CRM hygiene
Log every meaningful interaction within 48 hours. We use GHL (GoHighLevel). Clean data is non-negotiable.

YOUR TWO PIPELINE TRACKS
Track 1 — Customer demos
Book qualified live meetings with decision-makers at financial services firms: CFOs, Controllers, Heads of FP&A. A qualified demo means the right buyer profile, a near-term need, and a confirmed path to a decision. You will be trained on our ICP and messaging — no prior fintech experience required.

Track 2 — Strategic outreach
Book meetings with institutional contacts and strategic partners in the US financial ecosystem. Target lists and outreach strategy are provided by the CEO. You execute and optimize.

WEEKLY SUCCESS METRICS
Two numbers. That's it.
— Qualified customer demos booked and held
— Strategic partner meetings booked and held
