Once a deal is done, you don't hand it off and move on, you're the quarterback of the client relationship, connecting them to our product sourcing and logistics teams to make sure delivery on what you promised. This role comes with a competitive base pay plus commissions on every deal you close. The upside is real and so is the accountability.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Business Development: Build your own pipeline. Partner with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Marketing team on targeted lead generation campaigns - but you know how to hunt independently too. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries that rely on bulk product sourcing.
Targeted Industry Sourcing: While we can technically source anything from China, you will actively target bulk B2B buyers specifically within high-demand sectors such as healthcare (hospital beds, wheelchairs, PPE), renewable energy (solar equipment and supplies), commercial furniture, security (CCTV), IT hardware, etc.
Enterprise Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead pricing negotiations for bulk orders, long-term contracts, and recurring procurement deals. Navigate complex procurement cycles with multiple stakeholders without losing
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients from contract signing onward. Act as the liaison between clients and our product sourcing and logistics teams. Proactively manage expectations, flag delays or issues before they become problems, and always show up with solutions. Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
Quota & Leadership: Hit monthly and quarterly revenue quotas this is non-negotiable. Maintain an accurate and updated pipeline in the CRM at all times. Provide regular forecasting and deal updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
You're a Great Fit If You...
-Have 7-10 years of senior B2B sales experience, ideally in trading, wholesale, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
-Possess a strong, existing network of bulk buyers and key decision-makers in the Philippines across our core target industries: medical and healthcare facilities, renewable energy, commercial real estate/furniture, and IT/security infrastructure.
-Can confidently engage C-suite and senior procurement stakeholders.
-Know how to negotiate without burning bridges - you're firm, fair, and smart about it.
-Are comfortable with ambiguity you figure things out, you don't wait to be told.
-Have strong communication and follow-through. Are self-driven and take full accountability for your pipeline and results.
Nice to Have
-Direct experience managing high-volume import/export sales from China to the Philippines.
-Existing network and Deep familiarity with local Philippine market dynamics and regulations for importing medical equipment, solar tech, CCTV, and IT hardware.
-Experience closing high-value deals far exceeding the $50K-$500K+ range.
-Familiarity with freight, logistics, and supply chain basics.
