First-QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper. 2 LLCs: plumbing service + 7 rental properties. 3 years behind, taxes unfiled since 2022. Full catch-up: review categorize 5k+ trans, payroll up to date as of Dec 31,2025 (1 employee), monthly reports. Ongoing 10-20 hrs/week. QBO certified, fast, $6-8/hr, once caught up You’ll schedule jobs, build estimates, handle QuickBooks, send invoices, track payments, chase late ones, manage emails, and follow up with clients. Organized, honest, tech-savvy and eager to learn plumbing basics are ideal. Full-time, forty hours weekly, 7am to 3pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Competitive hourly pay, bonuses for keeping things tight, paid time off for Philippine holidays in 2026—around seventeen days—plus five vacation days after a year.
