JOB OVERVIEW

We are building **AI-powered marketing systems** and need a **reliable Content & Marketing Specialist** to help run and grow them.

Your main focus will be **social media, content workflows, and light video editing**, while also supporting the systems behind the scenes. You’ll help turn long-form content into **short videos, social media posts, blogs, and emails**, while working alongside our team to build smarter marketing processes using AI tools.

You don’t need to know every tool already. What matters most is **strong English, reliability, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn and evolve with AI tools.**

You’ll be working with a **small remote team, including other Filipino tea ---------- mbers**, supporting the same systems and projects.

## What You'll Be Doing

• Editing **YouTube videos into short-form content** for social media
• Light video editing using **CapCut or your preferred editing tool**
• Scheduling and managing **social media content**
• Helping build systems that turn long-form content into **blogs, emails, and social posts**
• Supporting **funnels, landing pages, and websites**
• Assisting with marketing systems inside **GoHighLevel**
• Uploading and organising **Meta / Facebook ads**
• Using tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, N8N and other AI tools**
• Creating organised workflows for content and marketing tasks
• Providing **light customer support when needed**

Tools commonly used include:
• **CapCut (or your preferred editing tool)**
• **Canva**
• **ChatGPT / Claude**
• **N8N**
• **GoHighLevel**

Experience with **GoHighLevel is a bonus**, but **not required**.
Experience with **social media, content editing, marketing systems, or AI tools** is more important.

## Working Pattern

• **Full-time role — 8 hours per day**
• **Core working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time**
• Some **flexibility around these hours is possible**
• **$6–$8 per hour** depending on experience
• Remote role

This role must be your **primary full-time focus**.
We are **not looking for someone managing multiple full-time clients.**

## Availability Expectations

Most work happens Monday–Friday, but there are **occasional small responsibilities outside normal hours**.

For example:

• We run a **webinar every Sunday**, which requires around **45–60 minutes of support**
• Occasionally small things may need checking outside working hours

This does **not mean working full weekends**, but we need someone **reliable and flexible when needed.**
