JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven BDR / Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline and expand our customer base. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing opportunities to connect them with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively research and identify potential customers in target markets.
2. Reach out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
3. Qualify leads to assess fit and interest, ensuring alignment with our services.
4. Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and Sales Development Representatives.
5. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and optimize lead generation strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our product/service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in extracting data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional networks
- Must have a well-optimized LinkedIn account with atleast a minimum of 300 connections that can be used for prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive) is a plus.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting.
