JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Land Investing)

We are looking for a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to help manage and move real estate deals from contract to closing. Are you able to think outside the box?

Our company specializes in buying and selling land across the United States, and this role is critical to keeping deals organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

You will work directly with the founder and team to coordinate transactions, communicate with contractors and title companies, and manage project timelines.

This is a remote role with long-term growth potential for the right person.

Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination

Manage land transactions from contract to closing

Communicate with title companies and real estate agents

Track deadlines and ensure documents are completed on time

Monitor deal progress and follow up on outstanding items

Project Coordination

Call contractors for quotes, updates, and scheduling

Help coordinate property improvements (clearing, surveys, signage, etc.)

Track project timelines and ensure work is completed

Property Marketing Support

Upload and update listing photos

Light editing of photos when needed

Assist with preparing listings for sale

Deal Support

Assist with overseeing property purchases

Organize documents and maintain deal records

Keep internal spreadsheets and systems updated

Qualifications

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)

Comfortable managing multiple deals and deadlines

Able to follow up and keep projects moving forward

Self-motivated and reliable

Required Communication Skills

This role requires frequent phone communication with U.S.-based businesses, including:

Title companies

Real estate agents

Contractors and service providers

Applicants must be comfortable speaking on the phone in English with U.S. companies and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
