JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I'm Queenie, fashion stylist and content creator ---------- currently in an exciting phase of rebranding and digital growth.

I'm looking for a Social Media Manager & Video Editor to join my team. Experience working with content creators, influencers or brands is a huge plus and will be looked upon very favourably.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
— Edit short form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long form YouTube videos
— Manage and grow my presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
— Maintain a weekly content calendar for consistent output
— Generate content ideas based on trend research and brand direction
— Write clean, engaging captions and titles
— Track performance analytics and support content strategy

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
— Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
— Deeply in tune with current fashion, digital trends and platform algorithms
— Experienced with content planning across multiple platforms
— Self-motivated, organised and communicative
— Bonus: background in fashion, knowledge of tech packs, sketching or design

TOOLS WE USE:
CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, Google Workspace, Notion

DETAILS:
— Part-time to start with room to grow
— 10 hours per week to begin, increasing on a needs basis (which may be increased in the future as needed)
— Flexible schedule with some EST hours required
— Collaborative, creative environment with space to contribute ideas
