JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, understands how to use AI tools to improve efficiency, and can produce clear, engaging content across different platforms. This role requires someone who can follow writing standards, accept feedback professionally, and consistently deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

Write and edit content for the company website, including blog articles and landing pages
Create marketing content for brochures, flyers, digital signage, and other promotional materials
Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that strengthens brand presence
Use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, and content optimization
Ensure all written materials follow company tone, messaging, and quality standards
Revise content based on feedback and project requirements
Support ongoing marketing campaigns with well-structured and persuasive copy

Qualifications
Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or a similar role
Experience writing blog articles for websites
Familiarity with marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital signage
Strong understanding of AI writing tools and how to use them effectively
Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistent writing standards
Open to feedback and able to revise work when necessary
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage

Work Schedule
Pacific Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
TimeTracker will be used during work hours
