PART-TIME META ADS SPECIALIST (LEAD GENERATION FOCUS) – REMOTE
We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help manage and optimize several lead-generation advertising accounts.
This role focuses on performance marketing and lead generation, not social media posting or brand awareness campaigns.
Some of the accounts you will work on manage $10,000 – $60,000 per month in Meta ad spend, so experience managing performance campaigns at scale is important.
We are looking for someone who enjoys improving lead generation performance through creative testing, messaging experiments, and campaign optimization.
You will work on a mix of larger national lead generation accounts and smaller local business campaigns.
This is a long-term part-time role for someone who enjoys optimizing campaigns and testing new creative ideas.
TYPES OF ACCOUNTS
You will help manage campaigns for:
• Large lead-generation advertising accounts with monthly ad spend ranging from $10,000 – $60,000
• Local service businesses generating inbound leads
• Local retail businesses focused on driving store visits and inquiries
Campaign objectives may include:
• Lead generation using Meta instant forms
• Local lead campaigns
• Store visit / get directions campaigns
• Testing and optimizing new ad creatives
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
• Manage lead generation campaigns using instant forms
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives
• Assist with creative testing (images, short videos, ad copy)
• Ensure leads are properly captured and delivered to our systems
• Provide simple performance reporting
A key part of this role is testing new ad creatives and messaging angles regularly to improve campaign performance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Experience running lead generation campaigns
• Experience with Meta instant forms
• Experience working with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)
• Understanding of CRM integrations or lead delivery workflows
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, etc.)
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Strong written and spoken English required
• Must be comfortable communicating with a remote team
• Ability to clearly explain campaign performance and ideas
CREATIVE SKILLS (IMPORTANT)
You do not need to be a professional designer, but you should be comfortable creating or editing simple ad creatives.
Examples include:
• Image ads with text overlays
• Short video ads (12–30 seconds)
• Basic edits using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Google Ads
• Experience working with agencies
• Experience with local lead generation campaigns
• Experience with Messenger or conversation-based campaigns
HOURS AND COMPENSATION
• Part-time role (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
• Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 per month depending on experience and skill level
• Fully remote
