Australian based Ecommerce brand ZEA is looking for a Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to support the CMO and broader team in executing their marketing strategy with a strong focus on ecommerce performance and digital execution.
You will be primarily responsible for ensuring Zea’s Shopify store, ecommerce campaigns, promotional rollouts, website merchandising, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and digital customer journey are executed accurately and continuously optimised to drive revenue and conversion. You will be expected to implement operational workflows, track performance metrics, leverage AI tools for efficiency and implement new website apps and improved workflows on Shopify. Ensuring quality control and brand consistency across all channels, and maintaining clear communication within the team.
Additionally, you will facilitate internal and external communications and handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
This is a highly operational role suited to someone who is systems-driven, detail-oriented, technologically confident, and capable of managing multiple priorities across digital marketing and ecommerce.
