JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

I run a luxury residential interior design firm based in Beverly Hills. My work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and the Wall Street Journal. I need a sharp, self-directed VA to run my marketing and outreach engine so I can stay focused on clients and creative direction.

This is not a creative role. I have AI tools and systems that generate all written content. Your job is to execute — consistently, accurately, and without needing to be chased.

If you need a lot of direction, this is not the right role. If you are systematic, proactive, and fluent in AI tools, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Broker outreach
- Research luxury real estate agents who recently closed high-end properties in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York
- Prepare personalized outreach emails using pre-written templates and log all contacts in our tracker
- Manage the 3-touch follow-up sequence and keep records updated

Social media
- Schedule Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content using Later
- Format captions and graphics in Canva using provided templates
- Reply to comments daily using approved response frameworks
- Flag anything that needs the principal's direct attention

Press and speaking outreach
- Monitor HARO (Help a Reporter Out) three times daily
- Flag relevant journalist queries immediately
- Prepare pitches using AI-written copy for approval
- Research upcoming design and luxury real estate events for speaking opportunities

Website and content
- Upload approved articles and SEO pages to our website (Figma Make)
- Format and publish content according to provided guidelines

Weekly reporting
- Send a one-paragraph summary every Friday: what went out, what got responses, what needs attention

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

- You use Claude or ChatGPT, Canva, and a social scheduling tool (Later, Buffer, or similar) in your current work — not as a novelty, as a daily habit
- You have experience supporting a creative professional, personal brand, or luxury service business
- You communicate proactively. If something is delayed or unclear, you say so before I notice.
- You work independently. You do not need daily check-ins to stay on track.
- Your written English is excellent — you will be preparing emails on behalf of my brand
- You are organized and keep clean logs and trackers without being reminded
- You are available for 2–3 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (Los Angeles) daily
