Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (SkySlope Required)
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with proven expertise in SkySlope to manage and streamline our transaction process from contract to close. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth experience for both clients and agents.

SkySlope proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract to closing
Upload, organize, and maintain files in SkySlope with strict compliance standards
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
Track key contract dates, contingencies, and deadlines
Maintain clear communication and provide status updates to all stakeholders
Review contracts and disclosures for completeness and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues proactively
Ensure a seamless and professional client experience
Requirements (Must-Have)
Hands-on experience using SkySlope (REQUIRED – applications without this will not be considered)
Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital file management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate teams or brokerages
Familiarity with MLS systems and standard real estate workflows
Experience in high-volume transaction environments
Process-driven mindset with ability to improve workflows
