This is a long-term full-time role with room to grow in responsibility and compensation. We plan to do a formal performance review after the first 90 days based on accuracy, judgment, reliability, responsiveness, and ownership. Based on performance there is the opportunity to increase salary above the starting $1,100.

Overview
We are looking for a dependable full-time operator who can review artwork, make merchandising and product decisions, route design revisions when needed, approve cleaned files, trigger final production, and QA collections before they go live.
This is not a graphic design role.
This is not a customer support role.
This is an operations + merchandising + QA role.
What You’ll Do
review incoming logos and generated artwork options in our dashboard
choose the best usable artwork version

classify the logo type when needed (for example: crest, badge, shield, mascot, script, wordmark, emblem)
write clear revision notes for the production designer when cleanup is needed
review cleaned artwork when it comes back from design
approve it for final production or send it back with clear notes
trigger the final production step in the dashboard
QA the final collection and confirm products, mockups, and collection information are accurate before it goes live
Improve the System
We do not only want someone who follows the workflow. We also want someone who can help us improve it.
If you notice recurring errors, unclear rules, bottlenecks, or ways to make the process faster and more accurate, we want you to speak up and help us refine the system.
Examples of the decisions you’ll make
a red logo with no white outline may not work on a red shirt
a very detailed mascot may work for printing but not for embroidery
a logo may look better as a large center-chest design versus a left-chest design
a phone case, blanket, or flag may need a background color chosen from the logo palette so the product looks intentional

What This Role Is Not

Turnaround Expectations
Fast turnaround matters in this role. Our goal is to help launch stores within one business day. During agreed working windows, new tasks should be reviewed promptly and moved through the workflow without unnecessary delay. You should be comfortable working from a queue and helping us keep launch timelines on track.
Trial
We will start with a paid practical trial using real examples. The trial is used to assess judgment, accuracy, written communication, and consistency. If the fit is strong, this becomes an ongoing full-time role.
