Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations with a strong background in both the Property Management and Legal industries.
This is a senior leadership role — not an assistant or VA position. We need someone who has managed people, built systems, and driven measurable results across teams for companies. You’ll oversee operations, refine processes, and ensure that the business runs efficiently day to day.
If your background is limited to administrative work, appointment setting, or managing Airbnb units, this role is not for you. We’re specifically seeking someone who has operated at a management or director level within property management and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily workflows across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement systems, SOPs, and processes that drive efficiency.
- Manage and mentor tea
- Analyze operational challenges and design data-driven solutions.
- Maintain accountability across projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee documentation, communication flow, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate between property management and legal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in both Property Management and Legal Operations (required).
- Prior leadership or management experience, overseeing teams and workflows.
- Deep understanding of property management systems, legal operations, and compliance processes.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken). Must be Advanced/Fluent in English. We do not accept conversational English speakers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making.
- Proficient in CRMs, workflow management, and reporting tools.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience creating or improving SOPs and automations.
- Familiarity with property management software (Buildium, AppFolio, RentManager, etc.).
- Prior experience managing cross-functional or remote teams.

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term position.
Work Hours: Must be flexible with U.S. (EST) business hours.
Work Schedule: M-F 9-5 PM EST
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and seniority.
