We are hiring a Senior VA Recruiter / Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator for a growing Virtual Assistant company.

This is NOT an entry-level recruiting position.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

Must have a proven track record of finding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and vetting talent for a Virtual Assistant agency or staffing company.

Must be able to identify, interview, and evaluate candidates specifically for positions within the real estate and property management industries. Strong understanding of the skills, communication standards, workflows, and expectations required in both spaces is essential.

Experience hiring for roles such as Real Estate ISAs, appointment setters, cold callers, transaction coordinators, property management support, leasing coordinators, maintenance coordinators, executive assistants, and administrative VAs is highly preferred.

At times, when recruiting activity slows down, you may also assist with business calls, speak with prospects, and support the sales process.

If you cannot work independently, make decisions quickly, communicate confidently, and maintain high hiring standards, this role is not for you.

I. What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing Virtual Assistants based on client requirements
- Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Filtering out low-quality applicants quickly and efficiently
- Matching qualified candidates to client needs
- Coordinating hiring and onboarding processes
- Maintaining recruiting pipelines and candidate databases
- Improving sourcing and recruiting systems
- Assisting with inbound and outbound business calls when needed
- Supporting leadership with hiring initiatives and growth

- Minimum 5 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for a Virtual Assistant agency, staffing company, or outsourcing company
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to identify top talent quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable speaking with prospects and clients when needed
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work without constant supervision
- Strong decision-making skills and accountability
