Multi-Brand Content & Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead daily social media content and marketing across several growing brands.
This is a full-time remote position working directly with a fast-paced CEO and leadership team managing multiple businesses in hospitality, property services, and lifestyle industries.
This role is responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving sales through social media marketing.

Brands You Will Help Manage
You will create and manage content for several brands including:
• Lakecation Vacations – Luxury vacation rental management company
• Maid Squad Ozarks – Residential and vacation rental cleaning services
• Property Squad Ozarks – Handyman and maintenance services
• Aloha Laundry Co. – Commercial and residential laundry services
Each brand has its own audience and voice, and your role will be to help build engagement, brand awareness, and customer interest across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Plan and manage daily social media posts across all brands
• Schedule and publish content on
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
Content Creation
• Create daily posts, reels, short videos, and graphics
• Write engaging captions designed to attract customers and increase engagement
• Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions
• Use tools like Canva and video editing apps to produce high-quality content
Marketing & Lead Generation
• Create content that generates customer inquiries and bookings
• Promote services, special offers, and promotions through social media
• Identify trending topics and apply them to our brands
Growth & Analytics
• Track engagement, reach, and performance of posts
• Identify which content generates the most engagement and leads
• Continuously suggest ideas to improve marketing results
Requirements
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience creating graphics and content using Canva or similar tools
• Experience with short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Preferred (But Not Required)
• Experience working with service businesses or hospitality brands
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and marketing strategy
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
Work Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Primary schedule:
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
Applicants must be comfortable working evening hours in the Philippines to overlap with our U.S. operations.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
