JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I'm looking for a designer who can take an already written report and turn it into a high quality industry report style PDF.

This will be the first of many documents so I'm ideally looking for someone I can work with long term if the first project goes well.

The goal is to make the report feel premium, authoritative and visually strong, not like a generic ebook.

Reference style

I already have an existing document that contains the exact branding and design style I want used.

Please use this document as the design reference:

Typography style

Colours

Layout

Highlight blocks

Image treatment

Overall visual feel

The new report should match this design system so everything feels consistent across our materials.

Example elements from the reference document include:

Dark backgrounds

Large bold headlines

Highlighted words in colour blocks

Strong image overlays

Minimal but impactful layouts

This existing document shows the style direction very clearly.

What you will be designing

A report called:

Fire & Security Growth Blueprint

Industry Benchmarks, Lead Generation Strategies and Growth Models for UK Fire & Security Contractors

The report is already written.

Your job is to turn the content into a visually strong report using the same style as the reference document.

The final output should be:

Figma file

Exported PDF

Fully editable layouts

Document size

Approximately:

15 pages total

This includes:

Cover page
Section pages
Charts / visualised data
Callout boxes

Key design goals

The report should feel like:

Consultancy insight
Executive briefing

Not like a sales brochure.
