AI Video Creator (Sora + Voice Over AI)

Company: Scale Prediction
Position: Full-Time
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Pay: $4 – $6/hour (based on experience)

About Us

Scale Prediction is a B2B marketing and lead generation company that helps blue-collar service businesses (painting companies, cabinet refinishers, roofing companies, etc.) generate qualified estimates through high-performing advertising systems.

We produce a large volume of advertising creatives and are looking for a skilled AI video creator who can generate high-quality AI video ads using tools like Sora, VO AI generators, and advanced prompting techniques.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be creating AI-generated video ads used in paid advertising campaigns.

You must have a strong understanding of prompt engineering, scripting, and AI creative tools to consistently produce engaging, high-converting videos.

Responsibilities

Generate AI video content using Sora or similar AI video tools
Create AI voiceovers using VO generation tools
Write and structure scripts using Claude or similar AI writing tools
Develop strong prompts to produce high-quality visuals
Turn ad scripts into fully finished video footage
Optimize visuals and voiceover pacing for advertising

Required Skills

You must have prior experience with:
Sora or AI video generation tools
AI voiceover tools
Prompt engineering
Claude or similar AI scripting tools
Creating short-form advertising content
Google Drive organization and file delivery

You should also:
Be detail-oriented
Understand ad creative structure
Be able to produce content efficiently
Work well within a team environment

Work Schedule

Full-time
9 AM – 5 PM EST
Remote position
