Based in the heart of Edinburgh, Ripple Dental Care is a family care dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care and an exceptional patient journey. We are looking for a professional, warm, and highly organized Virtual Patient Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
This is a long-term, performance-based position. You will be the "voice" of our Edinburgh clinic, managing the front-end patient experience. Because we are a medical facility, reliability, professionalism, and a calm, empathetic phone manner are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
Inbound Call Management: Handle patient inquiries, book appointments, and manage the clinical diary.
Patient De-escalation: Professionally handle dental emergencies, anxiety, or billing queries.
Administrative Excellence: Accurate data entry into our Dental Practice Management Software (e.g., Software of Excellence/Exact or Dentally).
Reliability: Ensure 100% attendance with zero missed calls during your scheduled shift.
Marketing Support: Assist with creating simple, engaging content for our
