Customer Service / Call Center Virtual Assistant

About Our Company
First Shell Demo and Junk Removal is a growing junk removal and light demolition company based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. We work with homeowners, landlords, contractors, and property managers to remove unwanted junk, construction debris, furniture, and other materials quickly and professionally.
We are looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant / Call Center Agent who can help manage incoming leads, respond to customers, and schedule jobs for our field crews. We want someone who wants to grow with the company and treat this position as a serious career opportunity.
Daily Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls
Respond to customer inquiries via phone call,
Follow up with new leads that contact our business
Provide service quotes and explain our pricing system
Book new jobs, reschedule jobs, and update jobs in our scheduling calendar system
Collect customer information including name, phone number, address,
Ask customers the correct questions to understand the scope of their junk removal project
Communicate job details clearly to our field team
Follow up with customers who requested estimates but have not scheduled yet
Send a daily report summarizing completed tasks and ongoing tasks
Maintain a professional and friendly tone with every customer

Requirements
Fluent English speaking and writing
Clear and professional speaking voice

Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
Comfortable working with CRM systems and scheduling software
Reliable computer or laptop
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
Highly dependable and consistent with attendance
Work Schedule
5 days per week
8-hour shift per day
Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Compensation
Starting pay: $4.00 USD per hour
Performance bonuses may be offered based on job booking performance, reliability, and overall contribution to the company.
