Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager – U.S. Law Firm

About Us
Labor Law PC is a California-based employment litigation law firm representing employees in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be SEO strategy and organic traffic growth, along with oversight of other digital marketing channels.
This position is not entry-level. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly SEO-driven lead generation, who can also help monitor paid advertising performance and coordinate with outside marketing vendors.
Experience marketing law firms or professional services businesses is strongly preferred, but candidates with demonstrated success in other industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and qualified leads
- Conduct advanced keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities
- Create and optimize SEO-driven content including landing pages, blog posts, and educational guides
- Implement internal linking strategies and on-page SEO improvements
- Monitor rankings, backlinks, and search performance
- Identify and coordinate technical SEO improvements
- Track and report on SEO performance and growth metrics

PPC Monitoring & Vendor Oversight
- Monitor performance of Google Ads and other PPC campaigns
- Track cost-per-click, cost-per-conversion, and lead quality
- Review campaign reports and identify performance trends
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Coordinate with and supervise external vendors or agencies managing PPC campaigns
- Ensure advertising vendors are meeting performance expectations and campaign objectives
- Help evaluate new PPC strategies, keywords, and campaign opportunities

Website & Content Management
- Manage and publish website content using WordPress
- Ensure all website content is optimized for SEO and user engagement
- Develop educational content explaining employment law topics in clear and accessible language

Social Media & Brand Authority
- Develop and publish educational content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Translate legal topics into engaging and informative content
- Monitor engagement and audience interaction

- Track marketing KPIs including traffic, conversions, and engagement
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports
- Use data to recommend improvements and new opportunities

Required Experience
Applicants should have substantial experience in digital marketing, particularly SEO strategy and execution.
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven experience increasing organic search traffic
- Strong understanding of SEO strategy and keyword research
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience monitoring or managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Experience supervising or coordinating with marketing vendors or agencies
- Experience publishing content in WordPress
- Experience creating and managing
- Experience building marketing automation workflows and automated marketing systems
- Strong written English and communication skills
