WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want a creative content machine who:
? Truly understands social media — in depth
? Actively researches what goes viral
? Has proven results
? Understands that emotion matters more than perfect edits
? Creates content that is highly shareable
? Understands the tone of voice of people aged 18–30
This is NOT someone who just cuts and edits clips.
We want someone who thinks like a content strategist.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Daily
• Edit and post at least 3 videos per day
• Post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
• Test Instagram Trial Reels to discover what works
• Write hooks and captions that stop the scroll
You will also brainstorm weekly for 30–45 minutes with our Head of Marketing to analyze what works and turn that into new content ideas for GroupAway.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary
$200–$300 per month (depending on experience)
Performance Bonuses (capped)

Video hits 10K views +$5
Video hits 50K views +$15
Video hits 100K views +$25
Video hits 500K+ views +$50
Per 1,000 new followers: +$75
Maximum bonus: $300 per month
The better your content performs, the more you earn.
EXPECTED VOLUME
Minimum 3 videos per day
? 90 videos per month
Across all platforms.
You can easily prepare 20–30 videos per week in advance and schedule them.
These do not need to be complex edits, but you must understand what works on social media and turn footage into scroll-stopping, shareable content.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
• 2+ years of experience with short-form video
• Proven track record — show accounts you have grown
• Expert in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot
• You actively research trends and viral content
• You understand hooks, watch time, saves, and shares
• You can produce 3+ videos per day
• Minimum 15 hours availability per week
TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• CapCut (fast edits)
• Trending audio tools (TrendTok, TikTok Creative Center)
• Basic analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics)
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with travel or lifestyle content
• Your own social media with strong engagement

TEST ASSIGNMENT
Step 1
We send you 5 raw clips from our trips
Step 2
You create:
• 2 quick edits (10–15 sec with text)
• 1 medium edit (30–45 sec with transitions + trending audio)
• Hooks + captions for each video
