We are a fast-growing leadership and mentorship brand looking for a highly strategic, data-driven marketing specialist to join our team part time as we grow.
This is NOT a content creation role.
We already have videographers, editors and graphic designers.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing performance, advertising strategy, messaging optimisation and campaign data — while also teaching and mentoring our leadership team about what is working and why.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who wants to grow with an ambitious international business.
Your Role
You will be responsible for driving demand, leads, waitlists, event attendance and mentorship enquiries through strategic marketing campaigns and performance analysis.
You will also play a key role in educating and developing our founder.
Our founder mentors business owners in person and on stage, and therefore needs to deeply understand the marketing strategy, performance data and decision-making behind campaigns.
You must be confident teaching, explaining and guiding so she can confidently communicate marketing insights and recommendations to the businesses she mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok or other relevant platforms)
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear recommendations
- Track and report all marketing data including:
- Cost per lead
- Cost per waitlist signup
- Cost per enquiry or sale
- Conversion rates
- Funnel drop-off points
- Return on ad spend
- Help improve messaging, hooks, scripts and calls-to-action
- A/B test marketing angles and campaign strategies
- Identify new audience opportunities and growth initiatives
- Support the launch and scaling of events, mentorship programs and online offers
- Build dashboards and performance reporting systems
- Recommend where marketing budget should be spent or reduced
Training & Mentorship Responsibility
A critical part of this role is teaching our leadership team and founder about marketing strategy and performance.
You will need to:
- Explain why campaigns succeed or fail
- Help us understand funnels and conversion strategy
- Provide clear insights that can be passed on to business owners we mentor
- Help develop our internal marketing capability

Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience running performance marketing campaigns
- Highly analytical and confident working with data
- Experience with funnels, conversions and scaling offers
- Able to teach and communicate strategy clearly
- Confident giving honest feedback and challenging ideas
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus
