Live Boost Agency is the largest TikTok LIVE creator network in the Netherlands and has received official awards from TikTok for its performance and creator growth.

We specialize in discovering, onboarding, and supporting livestream creators on TikTok LIVE. Our agency helps creators grow their audience, improve their livestream performance, and build sustainable income through TikTok.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organized Onboarding Manager based in the Philippines who will manage the onboarding process for new creators joining our agency.

Role Overview

As an Onboarding Manager, you will help recruit and onboard TikTok LIVE creators into our agency.
You will identify potential creators directly inside the TikTok app, contact them, verify their availability, and guide them through the onboarding process. You will also register new creators in our internal backoffice software and ensure they receive the correct onboarding information.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Recruitment
Identify potential creators directly inside the TikTok app
Collect creator usernames for recruitment outreach

Availability Checks
Verify if creators are available to join a TikTok LIVE agency
Check if they are currently signed with another agency

Recruitment Communication
Send recruitment messages to potential creators
Respond to incoming direct messages (DMs)
Answer questions from interested creators

Application Process
Send the WhatsApp onboarding link to interested creators
Send onboarding emails when required
Guide creators through the application process

Creator Registration
Register new creators in the agency’s backoffice software
Ensure creator information is entered correctly

Acceptance & Welcome
Send confirmation messages once creators are accepted
Send welcome messages via WhatsApp
Provide onboarding information to help creators get started

Required Skills
Excellent written English communication
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and social media messaging
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow structured processes

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Experience working with TikTok or livestream creators
Experience in recruitment or onboarding roles
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Manager, or Customer Support agent
