JOB OVERVIEW

We are an aggressively scaling e-commerce company searching for an elite, highly organized Store Manager to oversee our daily operations. We specialize in high-volume fashion dropshipping, and we need an operational powerhouse who has already "been there and done that" at the highest levels.

This is not a role for a beginner or an entry-level virtual assistant. You must be a strategic operator who knows how to keep the machine running smoothly while we focus on growth. If you have not managed fashion dropshipping stores generating at least $1,000,000 in monthly revenue, please save your time and do not apply.

Your Responsibilities:

Total Store Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of high-volume Shopify fashion stores.

Team Leadership: Oversee customer service teams, media buyers, and virtual assistants to ensure KPIs are met across the board.

Fulfillment & Supply Chain: Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure order fulfillment, handle logistics escalations, and maintain strict quality control.

System Optimization: Create, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize team efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

Performance Tracking: Monitor daily metrics (conversion rates, fulfillment times, refund rates) and report directly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Extensive, undeniable experience managing large-scale Shopify stores specifically in the fashion dropshipping niche.

A proven track record of managing operations for brands generating $1M+ in monthly revenue.

Exceptional organizational skills and a mastery of project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Slack).

Deep understanding of the dropshipping ecosystem, from supplier negotiations to payment gateway risk management.
