JOB OVERVIEW

Job title: React Native Mobile Developer (Freelance)

Summary
We’re building a fast, easy-to-use on-demand cleaning app (customer + cleaner apps + backend). Looking for an experienced React Native developer (freelance/contract) based in the Philippines or available to work Philippine hours. Project: MVP delivery (3 months), potential extension to long-term work.

What you’ll do
- Build and deliver customer and cleaner mobile apps in React Native (iOS & Android).
- Integrate with backend APIs, maps/GPS, push notifications, and payments (Stripe or local PSP).
- Implement onboarding flows, booking UI, real-time job updates, and simple ratings/reviews.
- Fix bugs, optimize performance, and deliver app builds to TestFlight / Google Play internal testing.
- Collaborate with backend dev, designer, and PM; participate in demos and weekly sprints.

Must-have skills
- 3+ years mobile development experience, 2+ years with React Native.
- Published React Native apps in App Store / Play Store (share portfolio).
- Experience integrating maps/GPS, push notifications (FCM/APNs), and payment SDKs (Stripe/PayMaya/GCash integrations a plus).
- Knowledge of state management (Redux / MobX / Context), navigation, and native modules.
- Comfort working with REST/GraphQL APIs and Git.
- Good English communication; available overlap with the PH time zone.

Nice-to-have
- Experience building marketplace/dispatch apps (on-demand services).
- Familiarity with background location, real-time updates ( ---------- / Firebase), or offline handling.
- Previous experience working with Philippine payment providers and local compliance.

Engagement & rates
- Contract: 3-month MVP with milestones; potential for ongoing maintenance.
- Rate: competitive—propose hourly or fixed milestone pricing. Indicate availability and estimated hours/week.

Deliverables/milestones (example)
- Week 1–2: App architecture, wireframes ? working skeleton app.
- Weeks 3–8: Core booking flows, onboarding, map/GPS, and payments integration.
- Weeks 9–12: Real-time updates, testing, bug fixes, and release builds to TestFlight/Play internal track.
