Job Title:
Property Management Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our property manager with HOA and condominium operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, board members, and vendors via
• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule vendors
• Follow up on work orders and service issues until completion
• Update records, notes, and property information in property management software
• Support billing, invoicing, account updates, and light bookkeeping tasks
• Generate reports, summaries, and updates for management
• Assist with administrative tasks related to HOA and condominium operations
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication logs
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management, virtual assistance, administration, customer service, or a related role
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable handling phone,
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or bookkeeping support is a plus
• Experience with HOA, condominium, or U.S.-based property management is preferred
Technical Requirements:
• Reliable computer or laptop
• Fast and stable internet connection
• Quiet workspace for calls
• Headset or clear audio setup for phone communication
• Ability to work during required business hours
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with property management software
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping systems
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests
