Job Title

Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Long-Term Position – $7/hr

Job Overview

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to help manage and improve our email marketing campaigns and automation flows.

Your main role will be to fix issues in existing email campaigns and flows, optimize our email setup, and help create new email campaigns when needed.

This is a long-term position. Some weeks may be busier than others, but we want to build a long-term relationship with someone reliable who understands our systems and marketing approach.

Training new people repeatedly slows down operations, so we are looking for someone consistent, knowledgeable, and dependable who can grow with our team.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing Klaviyo email campaigns
• Fixing issues in existing flows and automations
• Setting up new email flows and campaigns
• Updating and improving existing email templates
• Ensuring emails are properly triggered and functioning correctly
• Helping improve email performance and campaign structure
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to email marketing
• Collaborating with the team to improve overall email marketing performance

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who is:

• Experienced with Klaviyo
• Knowledgeable in email marketing automation and flows
• Fast and reliable when fixing issues
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems
• Familiar with Canadian marketing standards is a plus

Applicants must have a portfolio or examples of previous Klaviyo work.

Time Zone

Our team operates in Central European Time (CET).

You do not need to work fixed hours, but you must be able to communicate during CET working hours when needed.

Candidates located in Pacific US time zones are not preferred due to the time difference.

Compensation

• $7 per hour

This is a long-term opportunity, and hours may increase depending on campaign workload and performance.
