JOB OVERVIEW

Whale Done Sprinklers & Irrigation – Home Services (USA)

We are a growing U.S.-based home service company (sprinkler, irrigation, drainage) looking for a reliable, organized, and confident CSR to handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Texas Central Time
$1000 monthly Salary

This role is for someone who:
Loves structure and process
Is comfortable on the phone
Is not afraid to make outbound calls
Can schedule appointments, handle follow-ups, and ask for payment confidently
Cares about serving homeowners well while still hitting numbers

If you’ve worked with HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, or any home service business, that’s a huge plus.

????? What You’ll Be Doing
Answering inbound calls from homeowners
Making outbound calls to:
Past customers
Follow-ups and call-backs
Potential referral partners
Scheduling appointments accurately
Explaining our process clearly and calmly
Asking for payment as part of the scheduling process
Handling common objections (price, “I’ll think about it,” “I’ll call around,” etc.)
Logging calls, notes, and follow-ups in our system
Tracking your daily call activity and results
Representing our brand with professional, calm, respectful communication

Are comfortable talking on the phone all day
Are not afraid of outbound calls
Can stay calm and professional with customers
Can be empathetic but still guide the call to a decision
Are reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
Care about doing things the right way, not just the fast way
Are comfortable with sales conversations in a helpful, non-pushy way
Like tracking numbers and improving performance

? Big Plus If You Have:
Experience speaking with American customers
Experience in:
HVAC
Plumbing
Cleaning services
Irrigation / home services
Call center scheduling roles
Experience with:
Booking appointments
Handling objections
Follow-ups and call-backs
CRM or call tracking systems

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Texas Central Time
