---------- / n8n Automation Specialist

Scale Prediction – Remote (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

Scale Prediction is a lead generation and marketing agency that helps blue-collar home service businesses (painting, cabinet refinishing, roofing, etc.) generate qualified estimates using advanced marketing systems and automation.

We are looking for a highly skilled automation specialist who can help improve internal operations and build powerful automations for both our agency and select clients.

This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time as we scale.

If you enjoy solving operational problems and building systems that save time and generate revenue, this role is for you.

Compensation

???? $5–$9 per hour (depending on experience)
???? Quarterly performance bonuses available
???? Part-time initially ? Full-time opportunity

Work Schedule

???? 9 AM – 5 PM EST (U.S. hours)
???? Fully remote

Key Responsibilities

You will help us identify operational bottlenecks and automate them.

Examples include:

• Building and maintaining automations using ---------- and n8n
• Connecting platforms such as GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, CRMs, APIs, and webhooks
• Automating lead flow, appointment booking, reporting, and internal operations
• Improving agency systems that support our marketing campaigns
• Supporting automation needs for a few select clients
• Monitoring and troubleshooting automation workflows
• Identifying opportunities to save time, reduce manual work, and improve revenue efficiency

This is not just a task-based role — we want someone who can look at a business process and improve it.

Required Skills

You must have strong experience with:

? n8n (advanced level)
? Webhooks & API integrations
? Automation architecture & workflow design
? GoHighLevel (CRM experience preferred)
? Zapier-style automation logic (filters, routers, error handling)
? Ability to identify bottlenecks and design automation solutions
