Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary: $500-$700 /month (starting salary)
Potential increase after 3-month probation based on performance.

ABOUT US

Vilo Engineering Ltd is a UK-based property maintenance and compliance company operating across London. We work with property managers, landlords, developers, and private clients providing electrical compliance, fire safety systems, and maintenance services.

We are now looking to grow our private client base and attract more enquiries directly through our website and online presence.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to join our team and focus on improving our online presence and generating new enquiries for the business.

Your main goal will be to help turn our website and online platforms into a consistent source of new leads and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Improvement
• Improve and optimise our company website
• Create service pages designed to generate enquiries
• Improve user experience and website structure

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
• Keyword research for services we provide
• Optimise website pages to rank on Google
• Help improve our visibility in local searches

Lead Generation
• Develop strategies to bring in new enquiries through the website
• Improve conversion rates on our website
• Help attract homeowners, landlords and private clients

Online Advertising
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and improve results

Marketing Support
• Suggest marketing strategies to grow the business
• Analyse competitors and market opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in digital marketing or SEO
• Experience improving websites for lead generation
• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of Google search and online marketing
• Ability to work independently and suggest improvements

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience with Wix or WordPress
• Experience managing Google Ads
• Experience marketing local service businesses

We are looking for someone who understands how to generate enquiries and clients through online marketing.
