About the Role
We’re looking for a Cold Caller with strong communication skills and a great U.S. accent to join our disposition team.
Your main responsibility will be to initiate contact with property owners, qualify leads, follow up with interested sellers, and assist in the deal disposition process — helping turn opportunities into closed contracts.
You don’t need prior disposition experience — if you’re confident, articulate, and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you need.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
Make outbound calls to property owners using company-provided scripts and tools.
Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads based on property condition, price expectations, and motivation level.
Accurately record call outcomes and update lead information in the CRM.
Disposition Support
Assist the disposition team in following up with warm leads and buyers.
Help schedule follow-up calls, send property details, and coordinate buyer communications.
Collect feedback from buyers and sellers to support faster deal closures.
Communication & Follow-Up
Maintain a high daily call volume with professionalism and persistence.
Develop rapport and build trust with property owners and investors.
Ensure all interactions are logged and categorized correctly in the system.
Performance & Growth
Meet and exceed weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Participate in regular training and performance review sessions.
Grow into a Disposition Associate or Disposition Manager role based on performance.

Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a U.S. accent (highly preferred).
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Basic understanding of real estate wholesaling or disposition is a plus.
Confident, energetic, and motivated to hit performance targets.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and dialer systems.
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours (Central Time Zone).
