Workforce Connect provides hotel staffing services across Canada. Due to increasing client demand, we are urgently hiring an HR Associate to support daily recruitment and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Conduct daily recruitment activities including applicant screening and shortlisting
Post job ads across various platforms and manage recruitment-related postings on social media
Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers
HR Administration
Assist with onboarding new hires
Coordinate benefits and assist with worker relations matters
Maintain organized HR records and recruitment data
Telemarketing
Conduct telemarketing and outreach during slower recruitment periods
Support lead generation for new workforce partnerships
Requirements
HR or recruitment experience (preferred but not required)
Social media management experience (preferred)
Fluent in English
Responsible, reliable, and committed to long-term work
Flexible schedule — some on-call days required
