We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join our team. We offer a fixed guaranteed monthly salary and growth opportunities for candidates passionate about talent. Remote experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing potential candidates.
Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for all new hires.
Identify skills gaps and coordinate training sessions to upskill the workforce.
Develop Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to drive employee growth.
Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation in the HRIS system.
Collaborate with department heads to refine hiring and retention strategies.
Report metrics such as time-to-hire, training ROI, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment, training, or general HR operations is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR workflows effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR digital tools is an advantage.
A positive attitude and a passion for fostering a high-performance culture.
