We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys and professional staff in a fast-growing firm.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Source, screen, and interview candidates for legal and non-legal roles
Partner with the Human Resources Manager to understand workforce needs and timelines
Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipelines in the ATS
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process
Create and maintain a "pipeline" for future candidates
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience (US Law firms)
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth environment
Proficient with ATS platforms and virtual recruiting tools
Highly skilled in current IT, software, and apps - comfortable working in a fully remote role
Ability to input, track and report KPIs, recruiting metrics, etc.
Microsoft 365 proficient, Zoom, Loom, Teams, etc
Great communicator, easy to talk to, and able to communicate the firm culture
