JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing wholesale distribution company supplying retail stores across the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage communication between customers and our warehouse and help maintain relationships with both current and potential customers.

This role requires someone who is extremely organized and reliable, as there are many tasks, follow-ups, and customer requests that must be tracked carefully.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential customers
• Maintain communication with existing customers
• Coordinate customer requests with our warehouse
• Keep track of orders, requests, and follow-ups so nothing is missed

Compensation

This role includes a commission structure where our Virtual Assistants split 10% of our company’s revenue.

There is no cap on income. The harder you work and the more you help grow the business, the more you can earn.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking, and excited about the opportunity to earn more through performance.

Work Hours

• 8 hours per day during USA working hours

Because we work with U.S. customers, occasional communication outside normal hours or on weekends may be necessary.
