Dreambound helps Americans find purposeful work by connecting people with training programs—from trade schools to colleges—that help them build better careers. We’re a fast-growing company (4x last year), backed by top investors like Union Square Ventures and Arrive (Roc Nation).
As we grow our network of educational partners and affiliates, we're looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to help us build and scale those relationships.
The Role
As a Business Development Specialist focused on Affiliate Partnerships, you'll own the full lifecycle of our affiliate program — from prospecting and closing new partners to onboarding them and ensuring they're set up for long-term success. You'll be a key driver of Dreambound's growth, helping us expand our reach into new markets and program categories.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to build partnerships from the ground up.
Please use the code DreamTeam when applying through the link below.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and help close new affiliate partners that align with Dreambound's audience and growth goals.
- Own the end-to-end partner onboarding experience, ensuring new affiliates are fully set up, adhere to compliance regulations, and activated quickly.
- Help manage and nurture an ongoing portfolio of affiliate partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance by balancing key metrics like earnings per click (EPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) — ensuring we're driving quality traffic, not just volume.
- Develop and maintain partner performance metrics; proactively identify opportunities to optimize affiliate outcomes.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, partner health, and revenue contribution.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or business development - ideally in edtech, marketplace, or performance marketing environments.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills — you can build rapport quickly and explain complex programs simply.
- Highly organized and self-directed; comfortable managing a large portfolio of partners remotely.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting performance data — you can look at metrics like EPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic quality and draw actionable conclusions from them.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and affiliate tracking platforms is a plus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for Dreambound's mission to expand access to career education.
Bonus Points
- Experience in the vocational education, workforce development, or edtech space.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow or Impact.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (negotiable by experience)
- 13th-month pay, internet allowance, U.S. holiday leave
- HMO, PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-Ibig after probation
- Paid sick leave and time-off
- Pay increase possible after 6-month probation based on performance
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
