JOB OVERVIEW

Laced Up Financials is seeking a Marketing & Funnels Virtual Assistant to support the marketing side of our tax preparation and financial consulting business.

This role will help build and manage marketing systems, digital products, funnels, and campaigns as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing Stan Store digital products
- Help build and manage funnels and landing pages
- Set up and support email marketing campaigns
- Organize marketing assets and digital content
- Assist with webinar launches and digital product promotions
- Create or edit social media graphics using Canva
- Record short screen recordings while completing tasks so marketing processes can be documented

Required Skills & Experience:
- Preferred experience with:
- Stan Store
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Landing page and funnel builders
- Canva
- Social media scheduling tools
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

We are looking for someone who is:
- Organized and proactive
- Comfortable working with online marketing systems
- Able to assist with building and improving marketing workflows

Work Schedule:
- Flexible / As-Needed
- This role may expand as marketing systems and campaigns grow.
