The Position:
We are dedicated to building a team of high-performing individuals. We are looking for individuals to join our team in the role of Client Relationship Manager. This position is similar to that of a call-center agent. We are looking for individuals who have a proven ability to go above and beyond in order to excel in their position and drive value for a business. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, can handle 100+ calls per day, and can provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
We’re looking to add multiple Client Relationship Managers (sales staff) to our team.
The position will include:
• $5 CAD per hour (dependent on experience), paid bi-weekly via Paypal
• Target Based Commission / Additional Incentives
• Extensive Training and Support
• 40 hours/week required (Mon – Fri, 8AM – 4:30PM, PST)
• Business casual dress code
Position Requirements:
• High-Volume Call Management: High-performing individual with a proven ability to exceed targets and expectations, with comfortability handling 100+ inbound/outbound calls per.
• Clear and Effective Communication: Exceptionally proficient in both written and verbal English communication to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Versatility and Proactive Mindset: Eagerness to tackle diverse tasks with a can-do attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed. Is okay with "repetitive" work.
• Compassionate Client Support: Passion for supporting individuals in need and contributing to meaningful change in their lives.
• Self-Initiated Learning: Demonstrated ability to swiftly grasp new concepts in a multi-faceted role and self-motivate for continuous learning.

• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite: Advanced understanding and utilization of Office 365 applications including Word, Excel (advanced skills), Outlook, and Sharepoint.
• Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an office/call center/sales or virual assistant role is required.
• Medical Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience or familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare environments is an asset.
Basic Technical Requirements:
• Effective Work Environment: Ensure a dedicated, organized, and ergonomically suitable workstation conducive to productivity and free of distractions. This includes having your own reliable laptop/desktop computer with 8GB RAM and Chrome installed.
• Hardware Capacity: Adequate space on your laptop/desktop computer to efficiently download and run various software required for the job.
• Internet Connection: Maintain a consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10MBPS, along with a backup internet option.
• Equipment: An ideal setup includes the availability of a dual monitor configuration and noise-canceling headset/headphones for an optimal working experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the CRM/DTC Specialist is responsible for (1) Making outbound calls to identify individuals who meet the criteria and (2) sending and collecting completed onboarding forms required in order for us to move forward with their claim. Some of the key activities involved in this role are:
• Answering phones and making outbound calls
• Onboarding new clients based on qualification criteria
• Following up on new customer leads via phone, text, and
• Following up on e-documents sent to prospective clients
• Effectively moving clients through each step of the DTC process
• Striving to beat daily, weekly, and monthly targets
