JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a growing solar sales company looking for a motivated appointment setter to join our remote team. You'll be making outbound calls and sending texts to homeowners in the US to set appointments for our solar consultants. This is a real opportunity to grow with a small, fast-moving team — top performers earn well above base pay.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Call and text homeowners in the US using provided lead lists
Qualify homeowners using a simple script (we provide full training)
Schedule consultations and confirm appointments using a shared calendar
Log activity in a simple daily tracker (calls made, contacts reached, appointments set)
Attend short daily check-ins via Zoom or messaging

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Clear, confident English — you must be comfortable talking on the phone with Americans
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a strong plus — but not required if you're coachable and hungry
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Able to work US business hours (PST or EST preferred)
Self-starter who can follow a script but also thinks on their feet

Base pay
$4–$5 / hr
Per qualified appointment

Weekly via Wise
Top setters can realistically earn significantly above base through bonuses. This is a performance-first role — we reward results.
