JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Microsoft Cloud & Identity Administrator will be responsible for the architecture, administration, and security of the organization's Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra environments. This role involves managing identity governance, conditional access, and endpoint management, including macOS devices. The administrator will also serve as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex cloud, identity, and endpoint issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, administer, and secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra environments
• Manage identity governance and conditional access
• Oversee endpoint management and tenant configuration
• Support a hybrid endpoint environment, including macOS devices via Apple Business Manager and Addigy MDM
• Serve as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex cloud, identity, and endpoint issues
• Troubleshoot complex cloud environments

Key Qualifications

• 5–10 years IT experience
• 3–5 years Microsoft cloud administration experience
• Experience supporting hybrid Windows/Mac environments
• Experience with MDM platforms
• Proficiency in PowerShell
• macOS administration skills
• Windows administration skills
• Identity management expertise
• Endpoint security knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft security tools
