JOB OVERVIEW

We're JIREXUS — a done-with-you webinar marketing system for independent retirement and annuity advisors. We build automated webinar funnels, AI follow-up systems, and CRM infrastructure on GoHighLevel. We have 17+ paying clients and growing fast.
We need a part-time GHL specialist to handle the technical build and maintenance of advisor sub-accounts. This is NOT a sales role. This is NOT a strategy role. This is a builder role. You clone snapshots, configure workflows, set up integrations, test systems, and make sure everything works flawlessly before we hand it to the advisor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clone our master GHL snapshot to new sub-accounts for each advisor (we onboard 5-10 per month)
Verify custom values auto-populate correctly from intake form submissions
Upload advisor headshots and configure funnel pages with their branding
Make workflow timing adjustments per advisor (webinar day, reset day, re-invite day)
Set up WebinarKit rooms — upload webinar recordings, configure timed CTAs, simulated chat
Configure Zapier zaps (GHL ? WebinarKit ? write-back watch URL)
Set up WebinarKit attendance webhooks back to GHL
Submit A2P 10DLC registrations for SMS compliance
Configure email sender profiles
Set up Facebook ---------- custom audiences
Run full pipeline tests — register a dummy contact, verify every workflow fires correctly, verify Voice AI calls, verify booking flow, verify advisor outcome texts
Troubleshoot when things break — Zapier failures, webhook issues, SMS delivery problems, Voice AI call failures
Handle topic swaps every 8 weeks — update custom values, swap funnel page content, upload new webinar recording
Record short personalized Loom videos showing each advisor their completed system

MUST HAVE

1+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience — not just watching tutorials, actually building sub-accounts for clients
Comfortable with GHL workflows, triggers, custom values, pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars, and the conversation AI
Experience with Zapier (building multi-step zaps, testing, troubleshooting)
Experience setting up WebinarKit, EverWebinar, or similar automated webinar platforms
Can follow a detailed SOP checklist and complete every step without being reminded
Reliable internet connection and available during US business hours (CT timezone) at least 4 hours/day
Responsive on Slack/WhatsApp — replies within 1 hour during working hours

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with GHL Voice AI configuration
Experience with A2P 10DLC registration process
Experience with Facebook Business Manager / ad account setup
Basic video editing (trimming webinar recordings, cutting dead air)
Experience working with financial advisors, insurance agents, or similar professional services clients

THE ROLE

Part-time contractor, 15-20 hours/week, flexible schedule
Must overlap with 10am-4pm CT at least 4 hours/day
$20-30/hr depending on experience, paid weekly
Fully remote, we're based in Austin, TX
Tools: GoHighLevel (SaaS Pro), WebinarKit, Zapier, Facebook Business Manager, Loom, Slack, Google Drive
Start date: immediately
Growth path: this role grows to full-time as we scale past 30 advisors. Right person could become Head of Tech/Operations.
