About Saltd Studio:
Saltd Studio is a creative branding, web design, and marketing studio that works with small to medium-sized businesses. We specialize in building intentional, beautiful brands and websites for service-based and some product-based business owners, and we help market them long-term. We value great relationships with our clients and team, creative ideas and designs, high standards in quality and client deliverables, and having fun throughout it all.

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support with social media content, video editing, and creative marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:
-Edit short-form video content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
-Create on-brand static and video-based social media content
- Create social media captions
-Assist with content brainstorming and marketing ideas
-Post and schedule content across social media platforms
-Cross-post content to additional platforms

Qualifications:
-Strong written English skills
-Experience editing short-form video content
-Comfortable with Canva
- Experience staying on-brand within content with a set color palette, logos, fonts, tone of voice, etc.
-Experience with additional content editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus, but not required
-Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming content ideas
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Comfortable communicating with our team over Slack and participating in regular Zoom video calls
-Experience writing short-form video scripts is a plus, but not required
-Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with content ideation
-Able to work independently and manage deadlines while keeping us in the loop
-Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, ClickUp, Slack, etc.

Rate & Benefits:
$650/month for 40 hours per week (starting rate)
After initial employment trial period, tea ---------- mbers are eligible for the following benefits:
