We are a national contractor specializing in renovation, maintenance, and property improvement services for single-family rental portfolios (SFR).
We work with property management companies, real estate operators, and rental portfolio owners across multiple markets to provide reliable renovation and maintenance solutions.
We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help connect with property management companies and schedule meetings with decision makers.
Role Overview
This role focuses on lead generation and outreach to property management companies. Your goal will be to identify potential clients and schedule meetings with property managers and operations teams who may need renovation and maintenance vendors.
You will be responsible for researching companies, contacting decision makers, and booking introductory meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
Research and identify property management companies
Build lists of companies managing single-family rental portfolios
Identify decision makers such as property managers, operations managers, and asset managers
Outreach
Send cold
Conduct LinkedIn messaging and follow-ups
Introduce Skyward Property Solutions services
Appointment Setting
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
Coordinate introductions with company leadership
CRM & Reporting
Track outreach activity
Maintain lead lists
Provide weekly progress reports
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience in business development, sales outreach, or appointment setting
Strong English communication skills
Experience with cold
Ability to research companies and identify decision makers
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Preferred Experience:
Bonus if you have experience in:
Real estate or property management
Construction or property maintenance industries
CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
