Website Designer

We’re looking for a talented Website Designer to join our team and create modern, user-friendly website designs for a variety of clients.

This role is for someone with a strong eye for layout, spacing, hierarchy, and overall design style, someone who understands how to make a website not only look good, but also feel easy and natural to use.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience designing websites in Figma
• Ability to create clean, modern, and professional web designs
• Understanding of basic content structure, page layout, and user flow
• Ability to think through how a visitor moves through a website and what they need to see first
• Good sense of design trends, visual hierarchy, and usability
• Someone who can take limited direction and still come up with strong design concepts

Important for this role:

Our clients do not always give detailed creative direction. Because of that, we need someone who is comfortable doing their own research into design concepts, layout ideas, and inspiration based on the client’s industry, audience, and goals.

You should be able to take a general idea and turn it into a thoughtful, well-researched design direction without needing every detail handed to you.

Responsibilities:

• Design website pages and full website layouts in Figma
•Create designs that are modern, clean, and easy to navigate
•Research design styles and concepts that fit each client’s brand and industry
•Organize page sections in a way that makes sense for both content and conversions
•Work with our team to revise and improve designs when needed

Required:

• Understanding of responsive design
• Experience designing for service-based businesses & e-commerce
• Ability to present design choices clearly and logically
• Awareness of conversion-focused design principles
